Made-from-scratch is not a thing of the past at the Bird-in-Hand Bakery. We prepare most of our delicious Lancaster County homemade specialties just the way our Grandma Smucker did.

Specialties include our famous wet-bottom shoofly pie, moist red velvet cake, large oversized apple dumplings, fabulous whoopie pies, and fresh pumpkin pie made from our own homegrown pumpkins in the fall.

We ship shoofly pies and other Lancaster County foods anywhere in the continental USA.

Located five miles east of Lancaster on Route 340.

Open: Moday through Friday 6am-6pm and Saturday 6am-5pm.
