E4 Exchange, Inc. provides organizational, leadership, and management consulting to a wide spectrum of clients, with a goal to provide leading-edge business management and practices. As part of a strategic planning process, the organization believe in identifying both those management and leadership issues that are critical today, and those believed to be essential to organizations two to three years from now.

Formally known as Dostalik ET AL Management Consultants, the name was changed to more accurately represent the organization's philosophy and approach to consulting which has been identified by clients as to Energize, Elevate, Execute, and Excel.

As an "issues driven" and not market segment driven, clients include associations, long-term care providers, healthcare, insurance providers, service-related businesses, profit and non-profit, private sector, and manufacturers. The diversity of the organization's client base is strength and provides value-added to clients, because of the breadth of experience and exposure to business challenges, trends, and issues, which frequently cross industry lines. By design, however, more than 60% of the clients are associations.

Lois Dostalik, President and CEO, is a nationally recognized speaker in the areas of strategic planning and reinventing organizations, and cutting-edge Board and governance issues. She has participated in dozens of forums on a state and national level. The firm, which began by serving clients within Pennsylvania, has since served myriad clients in almost half of our 50 states and Canada.
