Abe's Buggy Rides

At Abe's, enjoy a private tour - just you and yours - in a real Amish family buggy. Sit back and relax as we take you on a ride through Amish farmland, stopping at a real Amish homestead and passing some sites dating back to the 1700s. The buggy goes by an Amish school house where you will often catch the children out on break playing ball.

 

A large part of our customers are repeats (some come every year), so you know they are having fun. We offer two-mile, four-mile and five-mile rides. Please ask your driver for more information on these options. We aim to please and would love to have the chance to serve you.

 

We have animals for the children to pet and a picnic area for you to enjoy. Sometimes you will be able to watch a blacksmith shoe the horses. Baked goods and craft items are availble for sale all home made by the Amish.

 

Open spring through Christmas, weather permitting. Please call ahead to confirm. We are closed Sundays.

Ride prices start at $10 for adults and $5 for children from 3 - 12 years of age. Group discounts available.
