Pioneer Tunnel Coal Mine & Steam Train

Tour a real anthracite coal mine in cars pulled by a battery operated mine motor. Also take a scenic ride along the Mahanoy Mountain and see strip mining, bootleg coal hole, and the Centralia mine fire. Both tours are guided. Souvenir and gift shop, lunch, and snack bar, picnic area and playground. Free parking.
