
Pequea Creek
Located at Lat. 39.93096 / Long. -76.29501
Originally built by Davis Kitch in 1860 for $1284. Rebuilt by Lancaster County in 1987 for $200,000 following the 1986 flood. The bridge was raised 4 ft. and lengthened 9 ft. Its remote location makes it a little hard to find, but its picturesque setting is well worth the effort. Location: 1/2 mile east of Highway 324 and Frogtown Road on Covered Bridge Road in Martic Township.
