Experience Chef Sean Cavanaugh's and Chef Michael Carson's local, seasonal American cuisine in the relaxed atmosphere of John J. Jeffries, the independently owned restaurant located at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. The restaurant, named for a local tobacco inspector of the late 19th century, seats approximately 60 in its main dining area and smoke-free bar. Private and serene outdoor seating available seasonally.

Menus change regularly to reflect the availability of quality seasonal products direct from the source - local small farmers with environmentally sustainable practices.

John J. Jeffries is open for open for dinner 5:30 to 10 on Mondays through Saturdays and 5:30 to 9 on Sundays. Half-price local beer, wine by the glass, and Organic Martinis daily from 4 to 6PM.
