The Great Pennsylvania FlavorFestTM will be an all-encompassing showcase of Pennsylvania's unique cuisines and the region's cultural diversity. Enjoy six cooking demos each day that spotlight regional chefs, plus chef celebrities and brew masters. Food lovers can also partake in lessons in the culinary art of pairing beer and wine with a variety of meals; workshops on an organic approach to eating; tasting and sales of the area's finest wine (with 16 wineries on site); beer sampling; regional foods; and much, much more.
A diverse mix of musical entertainment will create an exciting soundtrack for the weekend's activities, and 30 exhibitors from the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen will sell one-of-a-kind items that will pique the interest of even the most seasoned shopper.
